Newcastle Art Space partnered with Hunter Water to document the former Tomago Water Treatment Plant prior to its demolition. A series of artists were commissioned to capture an important chapter in the region's water history, which has supported the Hunter community for decades.
For the project, Todd worked on site, creating a nostalgic ink animation on archival material sourced from the treatment plant. The resulting work reflects the people, processes and daily life of the facility, preserving its legacy through drawing and animation.
